Refuge and Restoration is a Cell Church. One of our missions as a
church is to reach as many of the lost as we possibly can. We use Cell
ministry to accomplish this task.
Cell Churches, or as some know them to be, House Churches, are not
new. The history dates as far back as the early New Testament Church.
Our church is comprised of in home bible study/prayer groups.
On Sunday's, the cells gather together for the Cell-A-Bration service
presently held at Jamestown Mall Theater.
Our philosophy is such that every person should be able to share Christ
with their family and friends using their home as an avenue of outreach
and fellowship to properly restore.

ARTICLES OF FAITH
1. We believe the Bible to be the
inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God,
eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord
Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His
vicarious sufferings and atoning sacrifice though His shed blood, in His
bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and
in His personal return in power and glory.
4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity,
regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
5. We believe that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is given to live a
victorious life and foremost for the purpose of power to be witnesses of Jesus Christ.
6. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose
indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
7. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that
are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto eternal
judgment.
8. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
